Annual Giving 2025

Dear friends,

We have had quite the first year together! I’m still catching up to the reality that such a great church has called me to be your rector.

I want to thank you for all the ways you have contributed your gifts in making this past year such a success. Let me highlight just a few of our achievements.

  • We have a new children’s spiritual growth program, Blessed Little Adventures, staffed by amazing teachers and attended by wonderful kids.

  • Our new Youth Group is meeting every month to provide a place for youth to relax, connect, and serve others outside the hustle of school and extracurriculars.

  • We have a new regular spiritual growth program for adults and youth on Sundays, which provides both food for thought and ways to connect deeply with one another.

  • Our music ministries continue to provide outstanding, unique, and transcendent worship experiences every Sunday and especially on days like Fat Sunday, All Saints & All Souls, and Mass on the Grass.

  • Our average on-site Sunday attendance is now comfortably in the 70-80 range, up from 50-60 in 2023.

  • We patched and re-striped the parking lot!

  • We have maintained a budget surplus throughout this year, due to your generous and consistent giving, as well as careful stewardship of our resources.

Our energy is riding high! Let us continue to harvest that energy and our abundant gifts to answer God’s call to us.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • A pledge is simply the way you let us know how much you plan to give to financially support the ministries of St. Gregory’s in 2025. It is crucial to crafting a good budget and planning our programming.

  • That happens! If you need to change your pledge during the year, just let us know.

  • Income from pledged giving goes toward the regular operation of our ministries, including staff compensation, facility expenses, and community service programs.

  • It’s up to you. It might be helpful to know that some calculate their pledge as a percentage of their monthly or annual budgets. Others base it on what they give every Sunday. We encourage generous (but not irresponsible) pledges.

  • We have a set a goal of $420,000 in pledged giving for 2025. This is an increase of $20,000 from our 2024 pledge goal, which we have exceeded in actual giving.
