Lent is around the corner and our Pancake Breakfast will be held on February 23 after the 10:00 service. Atrium classes will meet as usual at 9:00 am.  We will be setting up and decorating at 3:00 on Saturday, February 22 as well. If you are interested in helping to decorate, set up, cook or serve for Pancake Breakfast, please sign up in Founders' Hall or email shelley@stgregoryschurch.org! Everyone plan to come and eat with us! We will have a separate serving table for gluten free pancakes and plenty of eggs and sausages along with fruit and juice! There will also be some conversation starters on the tables so we can share our faith and get to know each other better!

ASH WEDNESDAY – FEBRUARY 26, 7AM, NOON, 7PM IN THE CHAPEL

Ash Wednesday is the liturgical start to the season of Lent. It occurs 40 days (not including Sundays) before Easter. We observe Ash Wednesday by putting ashes on our heads to remind us of our mortality as we head into this penitential season. Observing Lent through liturgy, prayer, penitence, and fasting (food or otherwise) helps us connect with God in the suffering of Christ – it also makes the joy of Easter more profound. Join us to begin our Lenten observance at one of our three liturgies.

SCOUT SUNDAY – MARCH 1

St. Gregory's is the Chartered Organization for Pack 50 (Cub Scouts) and Troop 50 (Scouts BSA), and also supports the Deerfield Girl Scouts Troop.  The organizations will participate during the 10AM service and provide a brief update on these ministries. All Scouts are invited to wear your uniforms to services this day.
