New this Year! Youth produced Epiphany Video – January 5

Instead of a Christmas Pageant the children will be making an Epiphany video! Children who want to be involved must be at Sunday School December 8 and 15 to participate. Because we will be filming, if children want to dress up a bit, that would make it a bit more special. The children will be writing the script and then narrating the story. On January 5th we will present the video at the Epiphany Party!

It's almost SKIT time!

LOFT age youth and above will be having their introduction to the skit on December 8 at 9:00 and Skit sign up and try outs will be on December 15 at 9:00. Please contact Shelley (shelley@stgregoryschurch.org) if you have questions.

HARRY POTTER WEEKEND – FEBRUARY 15-17

Expecto Patronum!!! If you love Harry Potter (or want to understand why others do) plan to join us for a Harry Potter weekend at the Castle at Stronghold in Oregon, IL over President's Day weekend (February 15-17, 2020). There will be four churches combining for a weekend at Hogwarts! Adults with no kids are welcome. Families are welcome, and teens will have their own space too! Mark your calendars so you don't plan anything else for that weekend! Get ready for butter beer, chocolate frogs and Bertie Bott's Every Flavor Beans!

STAY CONNECTED TO OUR YOUTH

Our children and youth are very busy with sports, music, school etc. So we want to make sure they stay connected to our church by bringing the church to them at their events!  Shelley has put a Clip board on the "St. Greg's Youth Away from St. Greg's" bulletin board (across from the basement door) where parents and students can put events in which they are participating. Be sure to check it out! If you are interested in attending these events, contact Shelley for details.
